lovely persian bread 1: nan-e sangak

nan-e sangak (nan=bread, sang=stone, sangak=little stone)
its a triangular iranian whole wheat sour dough bread
it is baked on a bed of hot tiny river stones in an oven
sometimes it is topped with sesame seeds
note: do not try to remove the hot stones from the bread holes by hand, i burned mine :D
It is the most tastiest bread that i ever tried!
